Tanguy della FAILLE is originally from the Antwerp region. Born in 1967, he has a degree in Law (KU Leuven) and an MBA (Vlerick School voor Management).

Tanguy built up an international career with one of Belgium’s leading banks. For more than 14 years, he held various management positions in the Corporate Banking, Financial Institutions and Domestic Wholesale departments. These positions took him successively to Brussels, Warsaw, Amsterdam and Tournai, where he was in charge of the Corporate and Institutional department for Western Hainaut.

Today, Tanguy focuses mainly on the financing of share buy-outs and the negotiation between the buyer and the seller.

Esteban DIEZ ANDRES is Spanish but moved to Belgium after his studies. Born in 1972, he has a degree in commercial and financial sciences from the University of Valladolid (E) and an additional master’s degree in management sciences from the University of Liege (B).

Esteban has more than 7 years of experience as an advisor in business creation and transfer at the CCIWapi. In this function, he developed a scorecard of the regional economy and assisted many family businesses in their search for partners. He then sets up training modules and programmes for le Forem to stimulate the competitiveness of Walloon SMEs.

Esteban focuses in particular on the active search for counterparties and on valuation techniques.

Born in 1978, Stéphanie Vanlier graduated in applied economics from the University of Louvain-la-Neuve. She started her career working for a large audit firm before moving into the banking sector.

After 8 years as an Account Manager, during which she developed her knowledge of the Belgian SME market and her financial expertise, she joined the M&A department of the same bank. Stéphanie has specifically developed experience in the valuation and transfer of family businesses.

In December 2016, Stéphanie joined the M&A team of a major accounting firm in Belgium, before joining FB Transmission in January 2019. Based in Brussels, Stéphanie takes care of clients in the Brussels and Walloon Brabant region.

After having accompanied private investors in their search for targets, Arnaud will join the FB Transmission team in June 2022 as an M&A consultant.
During his studies and encounters, he developed a growing interest in (family) businesses and their transmissions.

Arnaud is mainly occupied by the search of counterparties the preparation and follow-up of the current files with the collaboration of a senior consultant as well as the communication of FB Transmission.

After completing her studies, Mathilde began her professional career in a variety of commercial roles. In 2010, she began a career spanning more than 10 years with Bank J. Van Breda. First as a Client Assistant, then as Commercial Advisor, specialising in tax investments for entrepreneurs, the self-employed and the liberal professions in Hainaut.

On the strength of this wealth of experience, Mathilde joined our firm as Executive Assistant in 2023.

Pietro ZIMBILI is of Sicilian origin but has lived in the Montoise region since he was a child. Trained as an accountant, he began his career in a major security transportation company.

He then joined a leading banking group where he remained for almost 40 years. in Brussels, he participated in the launch of the ‘Crédit aux Entreprises’ department before moving to the Mons region where he built up a large clientele over the years. Pietro has always been keen to personally accompany his business clients, wether they are businesses, SMEs or larger companies, with whom he has developed strong relationships.

He is the president of the Maison de l’Entreprise in Mons. Pietro is particularly interested in the human dimension - finding the right buyer - and in the financial arrangements for the takeover.

Philippe Hennebert has a degree in economics and a law degree. He has extensive international experience (USA, Spain, Algeria).

He spent most of his career with ING Bank where he worked successively in Corporate Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, MidCorp and Private Banking as a Family Business Expert.

Passionate about the transfer and the financing of family businesses, Philippe will cover the provinces of Namur and Liège at FB Transmission, thus completing our presence on the ground.

Thibault graduated from HEC-Liège in 2019 with a Master's degree in Banking and Assets management. He then completed a complementary Master's degree at HEC-Liège entrepreneurs. In October 2020, he started his career at Deloitte, in the Audit department, in Liège.

In June 2022, Thibault joins Alain Lonhienne, his father, as an auditor, to carry out missions of financial support and evaluations of various companies.

Currently based in Aals, East Flanders, Roland De Wolf is a commercial engineer (Leuven 1982) and has an MBA from Cornell University. Roland is fluent in four languages.

Over the past 30 years, he has held management positions in international and family-owned groups (ABInbev, Stora, Enzo, Moorkens, Nexans...). Since 2018, Roland has been making his experience available to SMEs and startups. Trained by GUBERNA, IFB and Vlerick School voor Management, he specialised in corporate governance (independent directors, family charters...).

Touched by the importance of business transfers, Roland joined the FB Transmission team in 2019. His main mission is to develop a business stream in Flanders.

Joe est belge, biculturel (racines dans le Nord et le Sud), trilingue néerlandais-français-anglais, Ingénieur de Gestion (Solvay VUB) et MBA (IMD, Lausanne).

Issu d’une famille d’industriels, Joe a un parcours d’entrepreneur, de CEO et de cadre-dirigeant (RH, communication et marketing) dans diverses entreprises et pays. Il a une longue expérience de membre et président de Conseils d’Administration et d’Advisory Boards.

Aujourd’hui, Joe Beauduin est conseiller de confiance de dirigeants et actionnaires qu’il accompagne dans 3 domaines complémentaires : la médiation de conflits, le conseil en gouvernance efficace et l’activation des leviers «People & Organization» de la performance.
